Originally located in industrial area’s shed 1 off Lunga Lunga Road, the company has grown over the years and has been able to open a larger 10000 sq. ft. purpose built premises, also in industrial area to cater to the ever increasing and diverse client needs, and to take advantage of the liberalized market to build a brand name in the industry.
The company has been run by the founding Director and it has continued to venture in and diversify into various services and works within the building industry which has been recorded as a fast growing sector in the economy. The company has continued to grow by continuously expanding its product and service range to areas such as Building bridges, construction of hostels, churches, go-downs, factories, pressed steel tanks and towers, as well as GCM Boosters, and Road works, which have led to the increase in the appreciation of business and the brand name therefore providing a whole spectrum of business solutions to our clients.

The Executive Chairman, Engineer Erastus Gakuya, has served the firm since its inception in the 1982. During this period, he has been responsible for steering all Project Management, Tendering, Technical Personnel recruitment and training.
The Technical Director Joseph K. Kitur has 10 years of experience. He holds a BSc Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and technologyand is also registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya. The Technical Director is deputised by Assistant Technical Director J.K. Mwangi who has over 15 years experience in construction industry and previously as the domestic electrical subcontractor in various companies in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania,Madagascar, Ethiopia, & Eritrea, overlooks the overall management for the projects and all the activities on sites. As the company moves dynamically, the management has now engaged the service of a Managing director, M.J. Ngure. He has a wealth of experience in construction industry. He co-ordinates all activities and meetings in the firm and in liaison with other parties on our sites to ensure everyone’s requirements are well catered for during project Execution. He also represents the company at site meetings with the Engineer.
